Shipping policy

We offer domestic and international shipping. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Tracking number for all shipments is provided after the order has been shipped.

All orders are “MADE TO ORDER” so whenever the shop reopens for pre-orders, in the product description, it will be stated the approximate date when the orders will be shipped. Please bare in made that because of the unpredictability of the material (ceramics) GVG DESIGN v/Karolina Bumbak reserves the wright to change the shipping dates.

  

Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. GVG DESIGN v/Karolina Bumbak is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

  

Deliver times & Delays 

Delivery times depend on the destination country and often times vary. If you need an approximate delivery time frame send an email to karolinabumbak@gmail.com and we'll try to give you the information you need.

Due to transport issues relating to COVID-19, there may be delays in delivery. GVG DESIGN v/Karolina Bumbak is not responsible for any delays. We're very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and rest assured we will try our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible - but please bear with us.
